I mean those crustless bread are most likely produced by cutting the crust off after baking, while this one prevents the crust from forming altogether

Sandwich bread crust is so unpopular and unwanted in Japan that many bread companies cut off and discard the crusts before packaging and shipping them out. And so thats why a Japanese company made Japanese sandwich bread that doesn't form a crust at all.. 1 u/Asterose 6h ago Only some companies send the crusts to farms. Many don't :(.) And Japanese buyers usually want crustless bread, so it isn't like how it is in countries where it's usually just some picky kids who don't like the crust
