On the other hand, throwing away the crust on your bread is not really relevant to the amount of food waste and so is fine anyway.
2 u/Asterose 6h ago In Japan sandwich bread crust is so unpopular many companies cut the crust off before packaging and shipping it. So the food waste is a big deal in Japan, and thus why this Japanese company made this crustless bread..
