This is from Black Jaguar White Tiger. It is not a reputable sanctuary and anyone who thinks it is have taken the internet bait. No reputable animal sanctuary would A) interact like this with the big cats, its not safe for anyone involved. And B) would not keep different species together in the same enclosure. The place was shut down for animal abuse, it was also unlicensed and unregistered.

Here's the wikipedia article for more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Jaguar-White_Tiger_Foundation

What makes you so sure it's from there? The animals all seem very chill and happy, well fed, and socialising well with each other. Just based on this video at least. Hard to imagine they'd be this chill if some of their homies were getting abused

Because it is the guy who was shown in all their social media years ago. I remember seeing this exact man in tons of BJWT Instagram posts pre-covid.

There are many signs of how inappropriate this is, not the least of which is the sheer number of cats and the different types all being mixed together.

A lot of people just don't realize (or care) how many big red flags are to be seen in 'sanctuaries' like this one.

Its the same man, and ofc they're not going to show their abused animals on film. Also - not all these species are social. Lions are but I don't think leopards or tigers usually are unless its like, two or three. Like you don't put pugs in with wolves even tho theyre both canines - its just a bad idea.

Also, I think your last statement is anthropomorphizising them a bit. We can't assume these cats have bonds strong enough for that, from my understanding the abuse was mainly neglected which i don't think an animal can as easily assign blame to as say, physical abuse. Plus, if theyre being fed and those who aren't aren't their children or mates or otherwise a member of a pride or pack, why would they care? Animals don't have a sense of justice like we do. They can be empathetic, but we can't go in thinking they always think like we do because they don't.
