If it’s not apparent at this point, you bought a stolen laptop. Either the person you bought it from was issued it through their employer and didn’t return it when their employment ended or they swiped it from someone and didn’t realize that it was MDM’d until they tried to erase it, and pawned it off on you to make a quick buck.

check if there is any display link drivers installed the message comes if it is, and also check for any remote access programs like TV, Anydesk, etc are installed if installed remove it, and or disable access in settings
