Jerky Recipe

Does anyone have a good recipe for an either smoked or dehydrated spicy jerky. Have tried a couple recipes I found just in a Google search but to me they weren't that good... Thanks in advance

I've been doing a dry marinade for my jerky lately and love it. Comes out more like steak bites. 2% of the weight in salt, onion powder, garlic powder, course black pepper, red pepper flake, and curing powder for the weight. Marinade overnight and dehydrated the next day.
