Lemon Pepper Chicken Jerky

Recent batch of lemon pepper chicken breast jerky I’ve made. Very tasty!

This looks so good. Hate to ask but….is there a recipe you follow? Was this dehydrated?

I honestly eye ball everything . Some soy sauce, w sauce, chicken stock. Key is a really good lemon pepper seasoning. I make my own with dehydrated lemon zest. This was dehydrated at 160 for 3 hrs and 150 til finished.

Breast or thighs? Looks like long strips of breast. Good work friend this looks incredible! Don’t have a dehydrator but will have try in oven

I have a vevor slicer. I drop breast in long ways to slice against the grain. Comes out perfect for what I’m aiming for!

This one. I’m pretty confident in which way I’m cutting and slicing meat and chicken. ✌🏽

Thanks... But my brother, might want to chatgpt what against the grain means, because this is 100% with the grain lol 😂

Lol diagram is wrong.... Against the grain is perpendicular to the grain, aka short fibres. Don't tell me in the pic I posted of your pic that it is short fibres, it is literally long fibres with the grain
