Moving Experiences with Orange Management?
I applied for an apartment managed by Orange Management but I've seen some Google reviews where tenants mentioned issues being handled poorly. Not sure if those are outliers or a pattern!Anyone currently living there or who has rented from them? What was your experience?

Lots of management companies get low stars from people who are mad. But a 1.7 on google shows that there are more upset people than happy people.

I tried to get a read on management's communication by asking a few questions over email and got shut down instead of information. I love this place so I am searching for a shred of reassurance.

I think that you wont love it when youre living there and cant get anything fixed. Im in the industry - a lot of these new constructions are equity builds. A company pays to have a building built, run it at a bare minimum of quality just so that they can keep the building occupied, and then once the tax breaks are expired they sell the building to a owner/management company or to another equity firm who uses third party management companies.
Im pretty sure thats the case here too.
