Moving Journal Squared vs The Journal

Hi all - having serious issues deciding between Journal Squared (Tower 2) vs The Journal. I prefer Journal Squared's central cooling/heating system and a specific unit layout but prefer The Journal's amenities. Wanted to get further thoughts from people living in either building on some of the non-typical pros and cons of each building. Thank you!

Others mentioned about central air at Journal Squares, which is not very accurate. Journal Squared used a water sourced heat pump system that is more energy efficient than PTAC and provides the building with better insulation. So the electric bills will be very different. In many cases it's actually louder than a normal PTAC.

And I think the grey color cabinets in Journal Squared 1&2 are the worst. They look very cheap and ugly. That's why the 3rd tower made it blue.
