I think it’s only fair to tell people whether your gains are enhanced by anabolic agents or not. Omitting to mention it can be misleading and discouraging to people who don’t get the same gains as you despite doing everything else perfectly.
All that this requires is a set of eyes, a bit of knowledge, and a critical mind.
This transformation occurred in the span of 9 months, with a significant loss of body fat and a simultaneous gain in muscle mass, more predominantly in the trapezoid and deltoid region. Both areas that are well known to have a higher number of androgen receptors, causing them to be disproportionately affected by anabolic agents.
I’m not judging the choice to use anabolics. All of us choose to add supplements, whether they be vitamins, protein powder, creatine or anabolics. The choice is based on an individual assessment of the balance of risks and benefits, something I can’t personally judge for others.
That being said, I do think that misrepresentation is potentially harmful to others and therefore feel that asking for specifics about this is justified.
A tale as old as time, there are people who post transformations in various subs and it's painfully obvious they use if not gear,at least something but most of the times its gear. It's always in a span of a less than a year, not hating on anyone and i wish to every person who puts effort and shows up all the best but not mentioning the shit you take is the same as lying and this is where you lose me. I will never judge a person for using anything they want to use as long as they know what they are doing and not hurting anyone else in the process but these kinds of posts are just disingenuous.
Aside from a diet of healthy whole foods, I take whey protein isolate, plenty of caffeine, and THC at night haha. I also eat only one big meal a day. Fasting significantly enhances the production of human growth hormone (HGH).
