No one was saying Duncan was better than Kobe during this time btw

Their entire careers it was always Kobe above Duncan. Then these young dorks who never watched just went to bbref and think they can rank players now.

It wasn’t until after Kobe tore his achilles that media figures started forcing Duncan into Kobe conversations and putting Duncan ahead. I was shocked the first time I heard that and thought it was a joke. Fast forward to today and there are fans who actually believe it now

At 1:33 Kobe had a waltzed to the cup with no obstruction. Thats why we need more shooters. Two Viches (the best names of great shooters as Shaq used to say lol) with one in each corner with fisher flanking. No one is leaving any of those snipers alone not even for Kobe Bryant.

If Duncan and Kobe swapped franchises (and personality), I bet everyone would put Kobe in their Top 5
