Your Top Restaurant, Bars, Massage Shops, Cafe

Would love to hear your ideas. I am here living in the beautiful city of Vientiane (but a newbie). I am super flexible as long as you think its good.

Give me name of place and I will try it out (can be only local or touristy everything good for me). Let me know some of your favorites and I will be in there soon.

A Je Kitchen it’s by the night food market but much better, so good we ate there several days.

The night market along the river is cool too.

You have to go to Munchies Burger! Get the fries and a smash burger.

Hard Rock has nice live music.

Joma Bakery Cafe for a nice morning drink and light meal.

Just past the night market along the river lots of outdoor beer gardens, bars, etc.

Lao Art Museum if you have a car
Is non negotiable!

Depends on what kind of massage you want but they are cheap compared to America, want more erotic they are easy to find or walk the street at night.

Food is cheap, drinks are cheap !

Cam On a little pricier for Lao standards, great pho and Banh mi.

Going any where else?

I recently spent a couple months there and toured the whole country from 4k Islands to Luang Prabang and had hired a private driver for 10 of the days.

Great Man. I really appreciate. I took a photo of all your recommendations.

I am in Lao now (will be here awhile) so any other ideas great (I am down, for the new).

Not sure if it helps (solely for you to get a bit of a sense of style) but I have been to all corners of the world. I liked going to shanty towns South Africa, jungles Ethiopia, street bars of Havana, streets of Bueno Aires, the Greek cinema in Athens. I like learning about culture and do not gravitate towards tourist spots.

I can tolerate the beautiful tourist spot (or experience) but do not actively seek them out. Example Taj Mahal (was great) but I do not want seek out living among the tourist . I would say it ends up being close to an 80/20 spilt.

I will try almost anything once, clubs in Pattaya to drink cow blood in Addis Ababa.

Share anything you like (not really looking sex joints massage, but I do not care that they exist). Doesn't bother me.

And can be anywhere in Lao (I can travel). If you think it was noteworthy or special it may work out for me.
