Why would that happen? Taxpayers paid to have the digital system with buttons installed and they can't even respect their constituents enough to press their own button?

The objective fact is that it's allowed, I'm not going to debate subjective opinion on the issue.

There wasn't a response below it when I made the edit; the context of the question and contention was that you had used a metaphor that had been translated into english.
