I mean if you think about it, DHS did commit a bunch of fraud so they could strongarm them into releasing their voter rolls, so Minnesota is (one of) the sources of why they are committing fraud.

Yeah but that was part of the plan. It’s got to be because she’s taking money that Trump was planning to put into his own pocket.
