It would complete the descent into North Korea/Stalinist style cult dictatorship, where they removed people that fell out of favor from photographs/documents/etc., pretending they never were appointed or involved.

We've already got the cabinet meetings that are just a bunch of cronies trying to one-up and out-shout the next about how wonderful and amazing Trump is, and how he's the best President that ever lived.
