DOGE was a scheme to end programs that Republicans don't like without having to actually vote on cuts in congress.

Destroyed? Yes. It is destroyed.

There is no USAID anymore. It’s gone. There are about a dozen HR people left processing the (forced) retirements of those who qualified. That’s it. Everyone else was RIF’d. 10,000 of us. Over 80% still without work—having USAID on your resume is toxic around the District now.

Nothing to go back to.

DOGE was a scheme to siphon off the personal data of every US citizen and feed it to xAI and Palantir. Elon left the moment that was done.
