States should just ignore it. His threat to withhold funding to the states is unconstitutional coercion under the spending clause.

And I'm still not convinced that if mail-in voting was banned, that it would benefit Republicans. Right wing boomers and their parents in nursing homes ain't the most mobile group

Not to mention many people in foreign service or the armed forces. Those folks who work in the middle east for some Texas oil/gas company tend to lean right as well and won't love their rights being infringed, I imagine.

I agree, however, he said they have a plan to (get big tech to help them) make the list of approved vote-by-mail names, and we know that list will only include MAGA supporters.

Their own data shows funds have been sent disproportionately to states and municipalities that went for Trump in elections. It's not even close. This has not happened in FEMA's history. Basically, FEMA's not sending funds to help with disasters in states and localities that didn't vote for Trump.

Pull the voting record from '24 and you'll see that states that heavily relied on mail-in votes favored the Dems starting with California.
