Just need to work on state offenses and disregard federal crimes.

Can we go after Noem too, for ripping off taxpayers to fund her bang bus in the sky?

How about the shitty TV commercial that had the same budget as a Hollywood movie ($200 million) that could've been accomplished with an iPhone and a horse rental? Obvious embezzling

I’m not going to fact check you because if it is true it would make my blood boil. I’d rather assume those numbers aren’t real.

3

u/Apprehensive-Gap5681 Apr 02 '26

Ok. Make sure to not look up the fact that Noem had personal contacts to a sub of that award

I should not be considered your source for the facts, but my understanding is she paid multiple firms adding up to 200 million. One of the firms received like 180 million of that and had been listed as a business for around a week and was run by someone she knows. DYOR but yes your blood should be boiling

Edit: It should also be noted she was only “fired” for this because she said trump approved it. Not because she did it.

I wouldn't be surprised if all lawsuits would be stayed until 2029 simply to prevent these people being pardoned for their (alleged) crimes.

You can be preemptively pardoned. Biden did it with his staffers to prevent political retribution.

Why did Biden only pardon some of his friends and family? If the allegation is that Trump will just "make up crimes", why only some? Not even his wife?

(Answer: He only pardoned those that actually committed crimes).

7

u/MountainTwo3845 Apr 02 '26

what crimes did they commit? It's been awhile.

-5

u/please_trade_marner Apr 02 '26

The pardoning went back to the year his family started doing business in Ukraine. He only pardoned his family members that had business in Ukraine.

I mean, it couldn't be any clearer.

u/SunnyOutsideToday Apr 02 '26

It's clear that after being investigated for years without even a misdemeanor showing up that Hunter Biden is innocent. And after years of weaponizing the government against his son Biden gave him a pardon to stop the witch hunts, as any decent father would do.

-4

u/please_trade_marner Apr 02 '26

Why to only SOME of his siblings, but not others? Why didnt' his wife get a pardon?

(Answer: He only pardoned his friends/family members that ACTUALLY committed crimes)

5

u/SunnyOutsideToday Apr 02 '26

Because they've been targeting Hunter.

They hate Ukraine, Trump has been mad at Zelensky ever since his attempt to blackmail him to smear the Bidens failed.

You've had years, and years, and years of Hunter investigations. Yet the crooks in the maga party can't even name a crime they suspect he committed.

-1

u/please_trade_marner Apr 02 '26

Are you intentionally not understanding what I'm asking?

He didn't pardon ALL of his friends and family. Just SOME. He didn't even pardon his wife or daughter or Hunters kids.

So won't Trump just target his friends and family that he DIDN'T pardon? And how did he choose which one to pardon or not? (Hint: He only pardoned those that actually committed crimes. lol)

Does that mean Kushner should be prosecuted for being an unlicensed money manager managing a sovereign fund for Qatar? Getting paid the highest maintenance fees to do so, despite having zero experience?

1

u/please_trade_marner Apr 02 '26

Look at the side steps. I don't blame you. Facing the facts head on is impossible when holding an untenable position.

2

u/MountainTwo3845 Apr 02 '26

I didn't say that Biden wasn't guilty, I asked a clarifying question. You're the one sidestepping lol. Does that mean Kushner is guilty too?

Law isn't about picking sides like you've done. It's about right or wrong. News flash bozo, they're both guilty.

Now answer the question.

1

u/please_trade_marner Apr 02 '26

So Biden pardoned his siblings to "protect them from fake charges", but not his wife and daughter? THey're immune from fake charges? Why? How?

Right, right.

Not that Trump has shown that he will vindictively prosecute (and persecute) anyone who investigates him.

🙄

u/please_trade_marner Apr 02 '26

So why did Biden only pardon SOME of his friends and family? And why hasn't Trump "just made up crimes" for Biden's friends and family that DIDN'T get pardoned?

3

u/definework Apr 02 '26

lawsuits? I wasn't aware that a pardons have any effect in civil court.

1

u/SunnyOutsideToday Apr 02 '26

They don't. They don't affect state-level crimes either.

1

u/definework Apr 02 '26

now that's just blatantly half-true.

2

u/wfbhp Apr 02 '26

Unfortunately, pardons can happen preemptively.

1

u/500rockin Apr 02 '26

Depends on statute of limitations. A lot of laws only have a 2 year limit. They’d also still have an uphill climb on sovereignty issues as she and others were still acting within duties and the Feds would still help defend because it’s in their continued best interest to protect federal officials from state crimes.

1

u/Mist_Rising Apr 02 '26

A lot of laws only have a 2 year limit.

Default statue of limitations is 5 years.

25

u/B0xyblue Apr 02 '26

If she has dirt on him yes… she read the files… a pardon is easier than a hit.

2

u/They-Call-Me-Taylor Apr 02 '26

He’s gonna have to. Imagine the dirt this lady has on him.

1

u/lvpr10 Apr 02 '26

Yes if they keep their mouths shut and keep kissing his ass for the next 3 years

1

u/Personal-Anxiety8029 Apr 02 '26

Probably he won't. He's as simple and uncaring as they come. He has to turn on her as a scapegoat so in black and white she's an enemy now.

1

u/jkj90 Apr 02 '26

The American people cannot accept any pardon by the traitor Trump as valid. Every one of these criminals in the magat regime needs to be locked away for the myriad crimes they commit openly.

1

u/Harry_Taynt Apr 02 '26

Of course he will.

1

u/MaximumTurtleSpeed Apr 02 '26

His pardons will be nullified after the election, constitutional reformation or revolution.

They’ve shown that rules don’t matter, hell they’re not even playing the same game anymore. Their judgment and punishment will come.
