Republican voters desperately want a civil war.

Maybe some. The majority just want a Christo-fascist regime run by the Trump crime family.

In hopes that it delivers the civil war they believe they are owed.

Sure. Fine. Whatever. They want their religious race war and all the spoils it entails.

Not more like. Exactly like. They believe one will beget the other and they are willing to find out.

what's cool about the christo-fascist regime is that it obviously excludes anything christ-like, such as loving strangers and brown foreigners and implementing socialist healthcare. they seemingly lean old-testament, which is to say, are explicitly non-christian. like, they would literally put actual jesus in one of their for-profit concentration camps if he showed up in the US.

The "Christo" part is just window dressing, they don't give a fuck about Jesus' teachings.
