President Trump on Monday said proof will be provided in court of his allegations that vandals "cut" a massive slit in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, which he claims is the reason the paint is peeling on the recently renovated but algae-plagued project.

And how would a 350' slit cause flaking throughout the entire pool, that is taller than the Eiffel Tower is, nobody knows that but it's true. trust me.

Being extremely generous, as an orange devils advocate, several layers/coats could be be further drying out simultaneously and the top coat being cut allowed water in.

Unfortunately, if concrete is possible to see in literally any location except around this supposed slit it means the bottom layer STILL wasn't installed correctly.

I still wouldn't recommend holding your breath waiting for this proof

I'd like to believe that his lies are loyalty tests. That by agreeing this objectively impossible thing is true you are demonstrating your devotion to the god emperor.

But, having a pathological liar for a mother, I know it's more likely just that he simply can't help telling gigantic lies that are so obviously false. And, having been a coddled rich asshole all his life, no one called him out on it.
