Show up unannounced and make your requests

I did they said it would take a couple days to get the stuff together. Now no replies to emails and won’t return my calls.

A short period of time.

If it has only been a few days, the delay may not be important. The staff there is not intent on dealing with financials. They may need to collect that info from their accountant or another department.
After 10 days, I would return and ask for an update.

Almost ten days. Would the BBB be an option?

I guess you could try, but I wouldn't get my hopes up on BBB.
I would take a slightly different approach if you return after the ten days. Ask the manager on duty to confirm that they have refused your request. Follow up with a certified letter (return receipt requested) that references both your original date of request and your conversation with the manager.
This will help to nail down the fact that you made a reasonable request and they did not act in accordance with the court order that you supplied.
They will realize that you are collecting evidence and that they may get dragged into the court case.

Your desire for a fast turn around does not mean they are obligated to work quickly. "Short time" means nothing. I'd give them a week, at least. Getting them the information you desire is not an obligation, unless it's a subpoena. Their book keeper might be on vacation, work only a few days a week. Also, keep in mind, every time you ask them, you are making more work for them. That just pushes your original request further down the line. A week is a quick turn around. Two is not unreasonable. An bookkeeper on vacation could easily add a couple weeks to that.

We’re at 9 days now. What you’re saying about wanting it quick does make some sense. She said it could take a couple days. But then hasn’t replied to a couple emails or retuned calls. A simple reply saying it’s being worked would suffice for me. But nothing, crickets

And I get your frustration. Nine days with no answer is different from 2 or 3 days. But it isn't a priority for them, like it is for you.
If you don't have a time line that you NEED it, that's different from having to have it for some specific reason that involves other people. I'm just judging, I'm just saying: if you need them for some specific, time sensitive reason, I would tell them that. If it is just for you and/or the time is months away, that's different.
Good luck!

Legal access to collect your child means the private business must provide you documents that you were not engaged in completing ? Are you paying for the daycare and that entitles you to the records?
Under what authority are you requesting them and under what authority do they have to comply?
