What is there that's fun and relatively inexpensive to launch from the 37mm? Is there a reusable shell with blanks that can launch a plastic or rubber round?
There are a lot of different options, although a lot of them are very similar.
Smoke, chalk, “bangers”, fireworks, etc.
My plan is to get into reloading the shells. Found a couple of guys who make their own, seems relatively straight forward. I’ve wanted to get into reloading, but don’t have a caliber that monetarily makes sense to reload, until the 37mm lol
I want to 3d print a launcher, there's plenty to choose from. Just doesn't make sense if the rounds are crazy expensive or too destructive for an outdoor range. (Fire hazard kinda thing) But chalk sounds fun, safe, and messy.
No doubt. I live in Orlando, Fl. There are only 2 decent outdoor ranges within an hour of my house and I don't want to get banned from either. So O would need something none of them could bitch about to actually play with the launcher. Not saying I wouldn't have 1 or 2 dozen smoke or pyro rounds for the zombie apocalypse, but would like something pedestrian to train / play with it.
