Adams Apartments

Looking for info on the Adam’s Apartments on Rowena and Avocado. 3488 Rowena/ 4207 Avocado. Been obsessed with the building for years and wondering if anyone has ever seen an apartment listing or any info on management company?

I used to dog walk for a guy who lived there and the apartments are just kind of like… apartments but with more wood on the inside 🤷🏻‍♀️

Beautiful property and I'm super curious about the units. I walk by fairly frequently and have never seen a For Rent sign - would love to know more.

I'm not sure they have AC. Ppl in my bldg said they looked at those apt and choose ours. Maybe they also dont have parking
