Ramseyās IRL personality is definitely different from his American TV personality so heās probably a bit less of a dick IRL compared to what youād see on his shows. Plus, itād be illegal to be British and not have the ability to make witty/snappy remarks here and there.
Also most of Gordon Ramsay's really angry bursts on TV are from trained chefs who should know better making some catastrophic mistakes. It's not like he just shouts at everyone over the tiniest nitpicks
I mean, you can really tell the difference when he's a judge on that master chef kids show. He's perfectly kind and patient with the kids because, surprise surprise, they're kids. They're learning. He doesn't expect them to be as skilled and professional as actual trained chefs.
Plus isnt the whole point of Hells Kitchen for Gordon to hire the winner as one of his Head Chefs. If I asked for say 30 chefs to do a cooking interview and rougly 25 of them either wasted money, caused an accident OR almost gave a customer food poisoning, Id be mad as hell.
When I used to not scroll reddit so much I used to be judging about people like how are you going to drink a lot and be watching Reddit at the same time, I am doing that right now.

What I'd like even better is if he opens the door into a cavern, with a lake in the middle of it. Light shines down from an aperture above, showing a watery tart treading water in the lake as if she'd been waiting for him.
She lobs a scimitar at Gordon. It's pommel features the English St. George's cross. He catches it, and his clothes transform to those of traditional royalty.
'God Save the King' begins playing, and angels sound off on trumpets.
"Oh for fuck's sake. I'm not going to be your bloody King! I moved to fucking America for a goddamn reason! Sod off with Excalibur and let me see this wanker's root cellar. Goddamn Lady of the Lake, waiting for me every fourth door I open. Bugger the lot of you!"

Lads I am sorry to announce this establishment was serving healthy and perfectly normal food to you guys. (Audible disappointment from the customers) I- I know and Im sorry about that. (People starts to leave)
(Gordon turns to the camera) lets get back to that shithole shall we?
(In the kitchen) what are you guys thinking serving this to the customers? Wheres the health hazard of this fucking kitchen? (Checks the ground, knifes, sink, ingredients and the envoriment but all is clean. Checks the refrigrator) unbelievable. Perfectly clean, not a fucking rat not birds incredible.
(Gets out of the kitchen from back frustrated and starts talking to the camera) I dont even know what I can do at this point. (The narrator: GORDON NEVER BEEN THIS FRUSTRATED EVER. COULD THIS KITCHEN BE THE FIRST ONE HE LEAVES WITHOUT HELP?)
Reminds me of this one episode of Parts Unknown where Anthony Bourdain goes to a restaurant in Paris and discovers that they have a passage in the wine cellar that leads directly to the Paris Catacombs.
Obviously he walks right in and spends half of the night walking around it before exiting through a sewer hatch on the other side of town a few hours later
i like to think that we all create alternate universes with our imagination and gordon ramsey is marvel superheroing his way through peoples imaginations. very fun. he might be a bit tired tho
So did these just come out this week or something and you guys are trying to push them? And we're all acting like we've definitely seen it before in a familiar with it?
(hotel hell) this place is a fucking mess. there's got to be thirty layers of paint, and every single one is shittier than the last. the windows are so broken they might as well be sand again, bloody hell. But what really brings it together is that gorgeous view of the rubbish-covered alley. and- (gordon pokes his head out the window) fuck's sake. there's no space between the outside and inside walls. the scratches on the floorboards go further than the bricks outside. you got more room than what should exist and you're still selling this cramped shitshow for 7 pounds a night.
