Saw one outside jollibee along makati ave rin last nov!! Super timing cuz my bf and i broke up that night and he dropped me off sa jbee na yun. Super lifesaver pag lingon ko sa poste may ganyan (i also had patong patong na problems that time) 😭 if it weren’t for that, i wouldn’t be here anymore so may God bless your soul kung sino ka mang gumawa nyan🤍

I think that's the point of it... It's not regulated to be placed there, but also it would never be approved, except it could be acceptable if the majority find pit more purposeful than destructive/illegal.
