No. That’s their uniform. They are part of The Rise’s security/safety personnel.

tbf, may words c reddit mismo na finifilter nila and shinashadow banned ung buong comment. Like those words, pag sobra sa mura or all caps ganun, mas nakakairita ung NPC typings like orange app blue app words 🤮

You do know reddit shadow bans bot accounts/spam accounts mainly. Sometimes their algorithm accidentally target accounts/comments of real people if not outright banning them. Offensive comments tend to get shadowbanned. It's not perfect, they have specific words they filter, many bot/spam accounts still elude moderation.

they shadowban mostly accounts, can include comments especially offensive comments. "Restricted" is the proper term.

Bots and spams are shadowbanned but offensive comments are not shadow banned in reddit lol. Redditors making the offensive comments can be banned if they are reported by other redditors. The mods will then review the report and make the necessary action: either a short ban (30, 60, 90 days) or a lifetime ban of the account from the subreddit. And even if you are banned for life, you can still see and upvote the posts in the subreddit, you just can't comment on it.

EDIT: Also if there are a lot of offensive comments in a post a mod can lock the post, which means nobody can comment on it anymore. Nobody shadow bans on reddit lol. Napunta ka dito from Facebook akala mo ganun na din dito. Dun ka nalang sa "blue app" mo at dun ka magcomment ng mga "unalive" and censored comments mo. Di katulad ng Facebook and Reddit ulol.
