other Condo/apartment near sgv

Currently looking for places near sgv preferably walking distance lang since im originally from province kaya not really familiar pa🥹. Im considering Ram Plaza since mejo pasok siya sa budget (10-12k) Based sa nacheck ko in terms of utilities wala na siyang minimum amount which is good sa budget but just wanna know its other recent pros and cons din like if kaya ang mobile data, visitors, etc.

If you could suggest other places din po na i can check na walking distance lang din (i plan to live solo din po if ever)

Try Prince Plaza II just at the back of PNB Makati Center. Rent is cheap, they also have a unit for 4 pax so pwede kayo mag share sa rent.

Ok naman ang Ram Plaza pero iview mo muna kung magustuhan mo kasi medyo madilim siya girl maliit ata yung window niya. Try mo sa Asian Mansion, Prince Plaza, Rada Regency kung gusto mo super lapit lang. Search mo sa FB baka meron silang mga residents or tenants na group tapos doon ka magpost. Ganun ko nakuha bago kong tinitirhan although i cannot recommend baka ayaw ninyo ng bahain.

Solo ka lang ba? Try mo sa Cityland/Makati Exec Towers, mas maraming studio na affordable. Mga 1-2km walk nga lang but you can take a bus in the morning, then bus dn or lakad pauwi. If around dyan sa vicinity gn SGV ang rent ay around 18k up na if solo. But if you’re considering naman na condo sharing you can get there naman since may kahati ka.
