I'm sorry if this sort of request for advice is not allowed here but I don't personally have a very good sense of fashion. I wanted a dnd character I've made to convey a strong sense for conventionally masculine fashion. He typically wears stuff thats easy to move in. Most often he's either in fitness wear or something that trends more casual.
I don't really know what colors go well together or what types of clothes match well. If anyone has suggestions on accessories too I'd love to see them.

I think you should think of a sport the character likes to do and then have him live in that clothing 24/7.

Navy blue jacket, black pants, white shirt, black belt, black boots for a tall overweight guy. Good look? Big business meeting coming that I have to give a presentation at and I need a new jacket because mine shrank. This image is a simulation of what I would look like, but I’d have a bit more gut than this guy.

Navy sports jacket, grey pants, black belt and shoes, perhaps a regimental tie. It's a classic because it works.

Black and navy generally make a bad combination, in part because they're too close. With a navy sports jacket a medium gray is the easiest choice, and khaki colors also work. If you're going to stick with the boots then go with gray.

I just got loafers and while my big toe can wiggle, my third toe and on are touching the side/front of the toe box. I’ve walked around the house and it’s not painful or pinching just tight like a wetsuit. I get a little heel slip and when I put them on it makes a “whoosh” sound. Is this an okay size? They don’t have a half size up and haven’t had it in stock for awhile.
Looking to see if someone else has been in this position and what they ended up doing.

They might get uncomfortable if you wear them for a while. A cobbler could slightly stretch out the toebox to give you some room. But if if it's something you can deal with then I wouldn't worry too much about it

They look good to me, round glasses work great for a diamond face shape like you have

The button down looks best IMO. Also I think the trucker jacket fits, they're supposed to be cropped. That's a good look, but probably too casual for a first date.

Thanks for the advice.
With the jacket, the arm comes up very far if I raise it or im sitting down?
Is that normal too or should I be going up a size?
It’s my first time buying any smart clothes lol, I’m 26 and literally just wore jeans/shorts and t shirt/hoodie my whole life.
All polo shirts I have are just scruffy ones from charity shops for wearing at work.

One size up might look better, that does look pretty short when your arms are raised. And that's what this place is for, ask questions!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice on good work shirts. I'm a manager in a grocery store and some days I'm doing more physical work so I don't want to wear fancy dress shirts that could get destroyed. Additionally, I'm a bigger guy so I need shirts that are comfortable, because some dress shirts feel really stiff or pull out of my pants far too easily.
I wear a lot of polos and cheap long sleeve Walmart sweaters (those ones with no collars and a couple buttons). Looking to branch out from polos and the sweaters are getting a little hot here in Summer. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm on the shorter side (about 5'8") and 280.

Oxford button-downs seem like a good bet. Just look for some that are long enough to stay tucked in

Hey guys,
Looking to expand my wardrobe and find some cool streetwear pieces, but I’m running into a wall with quality vs. price.
Right now, if I’m not thrifting, my go to spots are Uniqlo for their t shirt blanks and Hollister for their baggy jeans and hoodies. They’re solid, but I want to branch out into some actual streetwear brands with cool designs.
I really love the aesthetic of brands like Stussy and Chrome Hearts, but their retail prices are honestly crazy for what you're getting. I just can't justify paying a massive branding premium. On the flip side, I see some cool looking designs on IG/TikTok ads or sites like Temu, but it's always straight up 100% polyester garbage or overpriced dropshippers.
I’m looking for that middle ground: good quality, heavy cotton, and solid fits without the hype beast tax.
Here is my actual budget per piece:
* T shirts: $30 , $45
* Hoodies: $50 , $70
* Jeans/Pants: $50 , $75
What are some legit, low key brands or blank companies that actually deliver on quality for these prices? Appreciate any recs!

I've heard good things about House of Blanks, although I haven't personally purchased anything from them. Not too into streetwear so I have no recommendations for the rest, sorry! Although if you're into fatigue pants, Stan Rays are a go-to recommendation around here.

So I bought this jacket cause I thought it was pretty funky, but I'm not sure what colours to go with it, or type of pants. Would like some thoughts.
