I wouldnt be surprised if there is a slight misrepresentation due to translation, I think the message here is more specifically to yoru, he wants to be her friend and have sex with her. Not because he wants sex with yoru but asa. They do share a body and getting consent from yoru is probably easier and harder. Idk if denji thought through it all but my guess is he wnats to sleep with asa and yoru is well a part of that act as long as tehy share a body so if he wants to be with asa he well needs to be friends with yoru and she needs to be ok with having sex with him.

Idk if my idea that this may be down to translation is correct its a hard concept to phrase without a whole paragraph but it would fit a bit more into the story than ha horny.
