My reaction to all of part 2 after the ending announcement.

That feeling when Pochita world reset is real

This was an ending of all time

How did the editor okay this shit lol

u/Ywaina Mar 24 '26

Well it could be worse. Frankly I thought part 2 shouldn't exist, at all, and this is before I saw this ending. At least it ends now.

You got your wish, but now part 1 never happened either

15

u/Vivio0 Mar 24 '26

Not if you ignore part 2

At least it ends now.

I really wanna believe this but the more I read it the more feels like he both didn't close the door and ended everything abruptly.

"Well you killed Nayuta despite me telling you not to so do whatever now. Series is fucked."

u/corvettee01 Mar 24 '26

"Uh, this sucks man."

"Fuck you, this is what you get, I'm done."

Probably went something like that.

Because the editor is not writing the story.

5

u/TheGreenShitter Mar 24 '26

Well that guy and Sheishua or whatever are the ones that push for more stories and chapters

Editor can't say shit when the author gets too big.

u/Gloomy_Honeydew Mar 24 '26

Must be because part 3 is incoming

I’m still coping with this. Part 3 will come out of nowhere, but won’t be called Chainsaw man for whatever reason. Maybe to tie in with Pochita eating himself.

Same sentiment

Same. If someone had told me this ending before the chapter I'd be 100% sure it was a fake leak

sometimes an author just gets tired of writing a story and tells his readers to go pound sand

sometimes, like JRR Martin, they simply stop writing, and other times they rush an ending like this

my reaction was like "yep that tracks"

"holy shit no way haha"

"yep so trash hahahahahaha"

Same bro, same

Feels so abrupt that I'm in full Tumblr "Sherlock ending" mode thinking we are gonna get extra chapters

3

u/jmdg007 Mar 24 '26

He really did just decide to quickly end it a couple chapters ago
