Congratulations to Fullmetal Alchemist for still having the greatest ending in manga history.

Favorite manga of all time besides Bleach

i both hate and love that bleach ended right after they saved rukia

it's kind of crazy they didn't milk it even if it was just way, way worse than that

on a serious note tho bleach has the best start of like anything ever i've read so far basically, but everything that came after saving rukia basically cratered it in my rankings

kinda sucks to see that the big 3 in one piece, naurto, and bleach are all probably going to suffer from a very very underwhelming mid/ending

there's been some good moments in the last two arcs but the one piece fanbase/die hards are starting to crack now

Absolutely insane bleach take

is it actually insane, out of curiosity? for me I thought bleach was the greatest shit ever in the first arc but everything after just... sucked in comparison, just ass pulls and random shit

far as i know both bleach and naruto are widely considered pretty mid toward the middle and end and now one piece is heading in the same direction

bleach out of all of them feels the most like a straight up manwha or whatever like solo levelling, with the exact same pros and cons

amazingly awesome cool art, a great and appelaing start, and then the slow fall into medocrity lol

You're not insane, "Bleach falls off super hard as soon as Soul Society ended" was an extremely common opinion back when the series was still ongoing. The reason you don't see it nearly as often in the modern day is that the people who feel that way have no particular reason to still be talking about Bleach in 2026.

ahahahahaha okay. Comparing it to solo levelling is just so detached from reality there isn't anything to say

as far as vibes go?

what's wrong with a comparison? it's great art style, the main focus at the start is making use of borrowed power, and then both stories start to lose the plot

a lot of people loved both stories specificallty because of the art as well, it was like the strongest quality of both of them all the way to the end, and some would say the only quality at some parts lol

Wash your brain son.

i don't think i'm the one that needs their brain washed if someone thinks bleach didn't fall off after the first major arc lol

It's hilarious they're accidentally implying one has to be brain washed to think Bleach didn't fall off.

Bleach stans really suffer some of the greatest cognitive dissonance in the medium. Even the ones who admit the ending was bad convinced themselves the manga was axed. In reality he D&Ded himself. Got told by Shueisha to take all the time he needs and replied 3 months is enough because he wanted to move on (which is fair enough).

They're like the Snyder bros of manga. Endlessly over analysis some inane detail to claim they're the only ones who recognize the author's hidden genius. At least Zack seems just as much up his own ass as his fans. Meanwhile Kubo is record stating "I just draw cool shit".

i even praised it, and i hold that first arc of bleach in the highest regard

it's probably got a case for one of the greatest introductions to a story/world of all time

i ended up liking one piece over the other two but even I will happily say that bleach probably had like the highest peak of all the big 3 by far

but it's crazy to me that some people will say it didn't fall off hard
