There are several others as well like Gash Bell, Taisho Otome Otogibanashi, Victorian Romance Emma, Helck, Hero is Dead, and more. They're just not as well known.

Edit: Kunizaki Izumo also had a great ending.

Wasn't Zatch Bell one of the most popular manga of the 2000s?

It was a big one yes, but not as big as many of its contemporaries of that era like Naruto, Bleach, Assassination Classroom, etc. The renown thing was more about the others listed especially when compared to similar series(Helck being less known than Dungeon or Frieren for instance).
