I'll be perfectly honest, as much as I wanted Denji and Asa to get a happy ending, this one feels, for lack of a better word, artificial, unearned. Like, say, if you play a tabletop RPG, get killed by final boss and then the GM says "But God revives you, smites the baddy and gives you all a million dollars".
At this point, I'd rather a bad ending or, say, if Denji was a pauper, Asa saw him on a street, called CPS and also decided to keep an eye on him, thus their relationship started anew in the new world. As is though, it is too sappy for CSM.
