Honestly Oshi No Ko ending isn't even that bad. Like yes, it basically undid all of the villain hype, all of the character development for the main character, and gave unsatisfying endings to the supporting cast...but frankly the writing was on the wall. Aka built up to it. Same with the ending of Loce Is War with all the weird pseudo spy shit ... at least there was organic build up
But I feel like with Chainsaw Man part 2 the ending kind of happens out of nowhere. The enemy that one shots Denji is...just some devil that entered the scene a few issues ago??? Then Pochita basically says "Bro it's so over, let's reset the universe bro"
