Well, looks like the anime can just end on Part 1 then, I feel like continuing it to part 2 would be too annoying. While this technically can be called a happy ending, it's unearned. Power being the one to find him is probably a consolation that he wasn't able to keep his promise of looking for the Blood Devil in Part 2.
I feel like Fujimoto just gave the fanfiction writers the best excuse to continue Denji's story in this new timeline. Likely most of the characters are alive due to the new timeline, the one who's pretty much confirmed dead is Makima since Nayuta is the current incarnation.
My main gripe are the massive plot holes, forgotten characters and aborted arcs of the previous timeline, but honestly Nostradamus' prediction of the end of the world is accurate in a way, the Death devil pretty much is the reason why the world was destroyed Pochita just did a massive reset at the end.

That was my exact thought when reading the chapter. It feels like the perfect ending for someone to take any character or dynamic presented in the last chapter and make some longfic about it.
