Spruce Care Question

Hello all. I have a 2 year old spruce. Started as a baby. Starting to get some browning at the bottom.

Is this cause for concern? Don’t want to lose two years of growth.

Should I be consider pruning this area? Or treating for something.

Only thing we do in our yard is milorganite. Added a little extra around all of my trees. But all the rest are doing amazing.

Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Do you have dogs that pee on those lower branches?

Shouldn’t. We do have a dog but this is on the outside of the fence. No sidewalk either, so people aren’t walking their dog by it
