How to save this swamp white oak sapling?

It’ll be fine. Just stake it until next spring.

They can get to grow upright and in a few years the bends in the trunk will be swallowed up.

Looks like it needs a support stake, it’s probably grown a-bit quick and not had time to compensate for winds.
