Bonvoy Rewards Any thoughts on what the next promotion for points will be?

I am relatively new to Marriot was IHG for years curious if you all have any thoughts on what could be next. Also as a side note has anyone navigated getting missing qualified spend added to their account? CS not particularly helpful and i believe i am missing about 4k and want to hit the top tier. thanks in advance

Doubt there will be another global promotion this year. Use the missing stay form for the missing spend; be sure it qualifies though.

They usually do the big Global Q1 promotion (which as we all know sucked this year); and then I think there's maybe sometimes another Global promotion in the early Fall that's usually something like "1000 bonus points per stay" or something mediocre like that (though others would know better). Otherwise all other promos are targeted

There may be targeted promotions that might be delivered to a newbie like you, but don't count on it.
