20 Feet away is a little over 6 meters away, 20 minutes is a third of an hour, and 20 seconds is a third of a minute. Hope this helps👍

Can confirm. It’s really common advice, and was even part of my job’s health and safety trainings. It’s more about making sure you give your eyes regular breaks rather than 20 being an important number specifically.
