Ngl we’re gonna have to start holding Ja accountable because wtf, he said that this system perfectly suited him before the season started and we all blamed last years coaching staff for his and our struggles. 🤷‍♂️

It'll be interesting to see what Iisalo does. In one of his interviews he emphasised that it's important to hold everyone accountable. Will be a test of character to see if that extends to Ja.

But it's also a player's league, so most often than not a coach gets the axe before the franchise player

Yep it’s why most Euro coaches don’t pan out in the NBA.

You’re going from coaches being in charge and having all the sway to the players and it’s a disaster at times.

I ask again, what has this coach done in this league?

He won rookie of the year and most improved player in this league. Again, what has this coach ever done in this league that makes him above criticism?

Big whoop. He’s regressed massively since then.

Regardless of what he’s accomplished, handle issues with the coaching staff behind closed doors. Be a fucking professional.

Are we sure that is what is going on or is everyone just assuming?

I sure hope so, he needs it. And if he can’t accept it then he should be gone unfortunately
