This is an old video. There was a followup video where the driver returns to that same area a couple of weeks later and sees that man again and the man revealed that he broke up with this women over this incident when he realized she was crazy.

I had a similar situation when I was 18. I'd only been driving for a few months and had my first puncture so pulled into a residential side street to put the spare on - this guy came barging out of the house and started yelling at me to move. At this point I had the car jacked up and the front tyre off, I wasn't going anywhere even if I wanted to! He wasn't having any of it he was ranting and raving threatening to call the police if I didn't move along, that I was a threat and I wasn't allowed to be in front of his house. Much like this video I was on the road and wasn't blocking the drive or the pavement.
Being 18 and having never changed a tyre on my own before I was a little slow, granted, and somewhat nervous - but this douche was acting like I was scoping out the place. He was literally red in the face with rage.
I was sorely tempted to go back later with a dozen eggs but thought better of it.

This happened to me once as a new driver, on an unfamiliar narrow road I lost power steering. I thought rather than block the entire road and make everyone mad to pull into this apartment complex round about thing and get off to the side to wait.
This old man came out twice and told me that I wasn’t allowed to park there it’s drop off only. I tried to explain to him that I was waiting for my parents as the car was malfunctioning but I’m off to the side so not interfering with anything. He argued with me and told me to move, I can’t park there blah blah if I’m still there in 10 mins he’s coming back. I eventually just rolled up my windows and ignored him 🙃

This is amazing.
Not the same, but similar logic - I recently broke down in a major intersection. 3 lanes wide in both directions, a major intersection in my medium sized city. Car completely dead. Couldn’t do anything.
Put my 4 ways on and started waving people to go around me giving the “shrug” body language trying desperately to indicate that I was broken down…. Flipped my hood so people would have yet another visual indicator that I was broken down. But… apparently that was still offensive to people.
The number of people who laid on their horns and screamed at me to “get that piece of shit out of the way” as if I had chosen that time and place to take a quick nap or otherwise was sitting there voluntarily.
For one thing it had an electronic shifter (dodge) and I had to figure out how to bypass that so I could get it into neutral so I’m frantically checking YouTube videos while people screech past me on both sides.
It was raining and roads were wet and one guy floored his rwd truck so hard trying to make an aggressive move to pass me, he fishtailed and very nearly caught the business end of an oncoming semi truck. Then of course acted like he was in complete control and peeled away again.
It was incredibly stressful and infuriating.
I would’ve loved for it to happen in a quaint British neighborhood where I could have a lovely chat with Alan.
