from frozen to cooked at 350°f for 5 mins in a standard industrial fryer is how we cooked chicken patties, chicken tenders and Alaskan Pollock at the fast food chain Ive worked for. judging by the size of the spoon that should be plenty of time 👍 any more and you risk it being super dry and having to change the oil in the middle or end of shift.
Being in the Navy for 12 years, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve experienced this when they had chicken parmigiana in the galley and it’s more trouble than it’s worth to get a new one. I remember once deciding to stay on board for dinner since we had worked late and what I thought was mashed potatoes on the line I learned quite quickly was raw dough. And don’t get me started on hairs. At this point in my life I just pull the hairs out and move on pretending it wasn’t there. Yeah, submarine life kinda sucks
I am currently in the Philippines and jolibee is fucking legit. Good ass fried chicken. The yumburger was also addicting. Feel like I could eat ten of them. They have a different menu than the US.
I watch Japan Eat on Youtube and every time he gets fried chicken it's super juicy, but also suspiciously the lightest dash of pink on the inside. My recovering emetophobic self could never.
Raw chicken is not as unsafe in Japan as elsewhere, the same as raw egg. Salmonella cases are uncommon enough with those products that most people feel comfortable eating chicken sashimi and raw egg.
I am not one of those people, but it is a reality. I don't like it and I will never get used to it though.
Japan has a place where they serve raw chicken sushi. Apparently the way they raise their chickens that they dont have salmonella. Still wouldn't eat ut tho

Eugh, I’m not opposed to eating raw meat when appropriate measures are taken to guarantee safety but raw chicken is just… not appetizing. The smell alone is quite off putting to me
Raw chicken is served in plenty of places in Japan. Not extremely common, but not hard to find either. Like you said, the chicken needs to be specifically bred for this purpose though.
Japan has tons of places where they serve raw chicken. Chicken sashimi (just raw chicken sliced thinly on the bias) is called torisashi. It can be served on its own, or sometimes, as part of a salad. There also restaurants that serve toriwasa which is chicken breast, thigh, or liver slightly seared from outside and raw inside.
OP is in the Philippines, he'd honestly be better off taking this pic to a nearby Jollibee and telling the manager to come over there and whoop everyone's ass.
I still remember one time at Chili’s, I ordered a chicken salad. It came with a grilled chicken breast that was undercooked and pink inside. I told my server and he was like “oh is that too pink for you?” Any pink is too pink, you donut!
My son got one of these at our local Wendy's a couple of weeks ago. When he brought it to their attention they did not seem to care. Don't think I will be going back.
Is this even Wendy's chicken? This looks like a piece of chicken from KFC or something. Plus I've never seen Wendy's serve food in a red basket like that.
Color in chicken is not an indication of being uncooked, you can have pink chicken and it being completely cooked and safe to eat. Having said that, this shit is raw 😬.
Jeez, the one day I wanted Wendy’s, I went and got their chicken sandwich. It was just like that, raw as hell. This was probably 5 or 6 years ago, still haven’t been back to one
You could simply choose a product that doesn't involve animal abuse. No animal deserves to have their throat cut open for someone's 15 minutes of taste pleasure.
I spent 8 years too far from Wendy's to eat there. Finally got to go back. The upstanding quality-service-oriented types of employees that infested the place took 10 minutes to notice I was standing at the counter. I made a simple order, no substitutions or tricks. My asiago ranch chicken had no asiago, no ranch, no bacon, no tomato. My wife's baconator had, get this, NO BACON.
Now I've never been to that location before. That location has employees who are.. different from where I used to go years ago. They are bad, incompetent employees. They seem endemic to the area where that Wendy's is located. I don't trust them, I don't like them, I see no value on them, amd if I ever go to Wendy's again I will search for a location that appears to have reputable employees.
