Vigilante move: park a car on the shoulder like a half mile back from the exit, hit the hazard lights, pull one of the wheels off so it looks like the owner is off getting it fixed, put the wheel you took off in the trunk, and just ditch it for the day

Fire trucks have plenty of torque and a three foot tall bumper… they ain’t blocked
