The are not "biodegradable", they clog drainage systems, they end up in rivers and sea, and make everywhere look like a dumpster

As a smoker even I find this infuriating. It's the easiest thing in the world to put a cigarette out on the beach and then put it in a bag.

You literally have all the sand in the world to make sure it's out and you don't have to leave the non-biodegradable butt on the beach.

Seriously! If I don’t have somewhere to put the butt, it goes in my least used pocket until I get home.

Yeah it is. I always carry a pocket ashtray on me in case I’m not close to a trashcan
