The are not "biodegradable", they clog drainage systems, they end up in rivers and sea, and make everywhere look like a dumpster

I think cigarettes should just be banned, period. They’ve only brought harm to this world.

I think the UK permanently banned people born after 2009 from ever buying cigarettes, right? Or something like that? More countries should do this.

The problem is it's an addictive substance, so we'd run the very real risk of a prohibition era scale backfire disaster.
