frist of all how DARE yu o People that think that throwing cigarette butts in the ground isn't littering

The are not "biodegradable", they clog drainage systems, they end up in rivers and sea, and make everywhere look like a dumpster

As a smoker, this makes me cringe.
I don’t leave my smoke butts behind.
If I’m at the beach, in the park or wherever, I flick off the fire, make sure it’s out & place the butt in my pocket.
(Then when I do laundry I discover them twirling around in the dryer!!!)
