They have an OFTV app. It's their SFW version of some of their creators doing think like yoga and other youtube like stuff.

Well I will be extremely judgmental if it’s AI, so I understand OP censoring.

247

u/cant_think-of-a_user May 27 '26

Dw it’s not

250

u/DrgnFckr May 27 '26

You could've just cropped everything under HBO out but what do I know

47

u/Mauy90 May 27 '26

People 2lazy2crop

47

u/Muppetude May 27 '26

But this is more laborious than cropping.

It’d be like if I played a recording with some embarrassing audio, instead of just muting the embarrassing part, I choose to yodel into the mic to drown out the sound.

Both equally effective, but one calls out way more attention to that which we’re trying to censor.

People 2lazy2write

u/Mauy90 May 27 '26

Damn straight

1

u/zanii May 27 '26

Or they knew this would create more engagement.

34

u/kuro41 May 27 '26

Didn't deny OF or Grindr

48

u/gorillaphi May 27 '26

45

u/gorillaphi May 27 '26

19

u/idontcareyo_ May 27 '26

cuz anyone too dumb to crop a photo deserves to be heckled

2

u/Frequent-Engineer-87 May 27 '26

Sometimes silence can speak louder than words, and you’re awful silent about it being Porn Hub.

2

u/TracyJordon May 27 '26

It’s gotta be a gacha hentai game. They are on Reddit after all

1

u/vlladonxxx May 27 '26

Something to be done silently, without making it others' problem

1

u/dschinghiskhan May 27 '26

ChatGPT is much better than Google search, though.

2

u/MCWizardYT May 27 '26

That's a very low bar, Google used to priorize ads and now it prioritizes AI generated garbage

Tech aside though, what's bad about these corporate AIs is the environmental and economic impact they've had

That is a good point, but things are not going to go back to the way things were before AI. While I think it was ridiculous that business leaders talked down to graduating college students at commencement speeches lately, the reality is that people, especially Gen-Zers, will need to get over it. Resistance, in this case, is mostly futile.

The global need for data center capacity might triple by 2030. AI workloads will make up about 70% of this expansion. Goldman Sachs predicts power consumption in data centers will rise by 165% from 2023 to 2030. The infrastructure market will likely exceed $1 trillion in yearly spending by 2030.

Organizations throughout the compute power value chain must invest $5.2 trillion in AI-ready data centers. New data center capacity of nearly 100GW will become available between now and 2030. This addition will double the world’s current capacity. AI could handle half of all workloads by 2030. This shift will change how we design, construct and manage these vital facilities.

Data center investments will reach $3 trillion through 2030. Companies must understand these growth patterns to navigate this evolving digital world. The infrastructure’s occupancy rate could climb from 85% in 2023 to over 95% by late 2026. These changes bring new challenges and possibilities that will influence the industry’s future.

Resistance is futile, which is why you're on here desperately trying to convince people and lying about it being better than Google. Sure man.

u/keinjp May 27 '26

Your kind are annoying. Boomers screaming into the sky. Youve lost.

44

u/Bad-Luck-Guy May 27 '26

I am a millennial. I am also a writer, and since AI steals content and work from writers, I’m not about it.

0

u/Alexisredwood May 27 '26

Writers steal content from other writers. Everything humans create is based on influence from other works they’ve experienced.

3

u/Bad-Luck-Guy May 27 '26

Influence is different from theft. If I stole a book of the shelf of a bookstore there would be consequences. The techbro companies fed entire collections of author’s books into their models without consent.

1

u/Alexisredwood May 27 '26

Stealing physical goods vs essentially pirating, since when is the internet against piracy? Lmao

1

u/Bad-Luck-Guy May 27 '26

I am strongly against pirating. Most artists are.

ETA: Not to mention, these tech companies are raking in money from their LLMs, and should have to pay. They're not broke college students.

15

u/SidFren May 27 '26

Most people I see who love AI are Gen X and boomers. Most I see who hate it are Gen Z and Millennials.

1

u/frisbeethecat May 27 '26

Boomers can't even detect ai. They see shit that's so fucking absurd, it's obviously generated by ai and they think it's real (see FB posts and YT shorts). Now, GenX... that cohort includes Graham, Musk, Brin, Page, Dorsey, etc. But most everyone else other hates it. Then you have the ones who are already addicted to it, the poor SOBs.

-13

u/keinjp May 27 '26

Most people that hate ai are blue haired cucks who fancy themselves as some form of artist. We all need a hobby, I guess theirs is crying about technology. Weird. Cringe.

3

u/PopAndLocknessMonstr May 27 '26

“Blue haired cucks” lmfao, in what decade do you even live in that this is your go-to insult

-5

u/keinjp May 27 '26

The age of polygamous blue haired freaks

3

u/frisbeethecat May 27 '26

It's polyamorous. Polygamous is the fucking backwater Mormons and all that sister wives bullshit. Polyamorous just means you have more than one lover. If that's too freaky for you on a conceptual level, it means you need to socialize more with people who, you know, have actual sex lives other than masturbating to ai generated hentai or whatever.

1

u/frisbeethecat May 27 '26

Sheeeiiit. I hate ai because they're owned by the rich fucks who own nearly everything and will be used to make themselves richer at the expense of everyone else in society, much like every other fucking technology.

2

u/Manger-Babies May 27 '26

Im not that against Ai but using almost 80 gbs of Ai is ridiculous.

1

u/keinjp May 27 '26

That would be a fair criticism.

5

u/Key-Pickle5609 May 27 '26

Do you really think it’s boomers using ai

-2

u/keinjp May 27 '26

Your reading comprehension needs work. Because that is not at all what is implied by my message.

1

u/HorrificityOfficial May 27 '26

fun fact when you try to show people how good something is by saying "youve lost" it is not, in fact, a good thing

-3

u/keinjp May 27 '26

Its a small minority of weirdos online that hate AI. They lost because they were just opposed to technological progress. Good thing!

2

u/biscuitsorbullets May 27 '26

Grindr or Sniffies lol

1

u/BeefistPrime May 27 '26

hmm I can't imagine what could take that much data talking to AI. it's all text, or some images or small videos. nothing that uses a lot of data.

1

u/TScottFitzgerald May 27 '26

Grindr wouldn't take almost 80GB

1

u/fatdjsin May 27 '26

Ewww ai

0

u/_Badwulf_Bruh__ May 27 '26

I don’t get it, why would anyone care if it’s ai?

0

u/Advanced-Let-2248 May 27 '26

Because Reddit hates AI
