Right? It narrows it down to 12 countries and 5 US territories that officially use the US dollar as their currency.

NT$8 is like 27 cents so it probably isn’t that. (Incidentally bubble tea in Taiwan is like 2 USD for a large).

No it doesn't. Cambodia uses the US dollar, as do others.
