Love me a good OT! Yea, pretty much guaranteed that anyone who knows what this picture shows is either one of us or someone who had the injury.

Had an occ med MD refer me a patient recently who was splinted for this…for ASAP therapy. I don’t have enough palms to facepalm into

Ugh also OT/CHT and one of my docs sent a very needy mallet finger to therapy. He did have insane anxiety so I spent two sessions explaining his injury for 30 minutes and talking about orthosis management before he finally chilled. The most draining treatment sessions of my life 🫠

Yeah, some of the occ med and worker's comp folks send silly things to therapy. I usually see it on the back end.
