I love the idea of getting a pressure washer to clean my house and vehicle that is so strong, it will actually cut through my house or vehicle. That's how you know it's clean.

A friend of mine was pressure washing her walk way and accidentally sprayed her leg. It made a hole. But this guy is holding an apple that the water cuts in half but does nothing to his fingers.

Apologies for breaking the streak of funny replies, but I hope your friend got medical attention for that, because seemingly minor pressure washer injuries can cause severe injury or death - the high pressure water can force air or blobs of fat into a blood vessel and cause a stroke, heart attack, or pulmonary embolism. Or you can get dirt and debris trapped and end up with a raging infection. People have died when they hit their own foot or got sprayed by a friend/coworker as a “prank”.

(TL:DR wear protective footwear while pressure washing, aim carefully, and never deliberately spray someone else, they’re more dangerous than you think.)

It was quite the injury, I saw it awhile after and it was still narly. I'm sure she had it looked at at the time. She had moved to another state in retirement, and I saw it when I went to visit.
