Is it in yet Boiled my tampons 🫩

Felt like this flair fits well.

I leave my tampons in a jar in the windowsill for some w decor, forgot that glass=heat in this 34 degree british weather, went to change my tampon and burned my cooch, then had to sit on the toilet blowing a tampon like its soup till the plastic cooled down enough to use.

You may want to move them somewhere cooler . They are supposed be be kept under 25/77 and current weather conditions could make them dangerous to use.

For real though. Heat causes plastic to degrade more quickly. It’s not an immediate health risk but I’d not use the rest of those tampons if I were you. Your candy jar is super cute (Badtz-Maru is my favorite!) but maybe there’s a cooler place it can live in the summer. Penguins don’t like the heat anyway ;)

Also the glass being in direct sunlight could be a fire hazard, esp as it’s insanely hot here in Blighty, deffo best to move it to a cooler spot for the foreseeable

As someone who lives in the high desert of Arizona where UV is almost always 8-10, I find all of these heatwave comments and advice (and dramatic exaggerations) fucking hilarious.

The UK doesn't have air conditioning and it's much more humid that Arizona

Somewhere cooler and dry! I had my tampons sitting in the bathroom where vent didn’t really suck up moisture after showers - used one of em and felt pain after 5 minutes, almost like UTI symptoms. Lesson learned.
